Last Day with JD

Today was our last day with JD. I was so sad to leave. I can't believe my little brother is all grown up in the Air Force. My kiddos were so tired they just kind of piled into Keith's lap and laid there.

Then we loaded up on bulldog stuff. (that is JD's squadron) He got his coins and we got Cassie a cute little onsie with a bulldog on the tummy.

Then while we were in the mini mall, Cassie found a friend.

After a couple hours of hanging out, we had to say goodbye to him. He leaves for tech school tomorrow, where he will train for 7 weeks for his job. It was sad. I wasn't ready to leave. He looked very nice in his uniform though.

Derek said he only gives hugs to girls, so he gave a handshake.

Then we drove back to San Angelo. We had dinner at dads house and then came over to moms to set up for the night. The boys played together. Here they are playing sheriff arresting the bad mexican. Don't ask me, that's what they said the game was called. :)

How fun to see all of you. I miss you. I almost feel like I was there. I loved seeing JD during his break and his graduation.
I miss you all very much.

Teresa, you do such a good job of documenting your family activities. If you can make this Blog into a permanent record, you will cherish it in years to come. So fun to see all your family. Where was Dan? And where was JD's girlfriend? JD looks great, and -- of course -- very grown up. Thanks for letting us be with you all vicariously. Loved it.
