Tonight I was checking in on Derek after he fell asleep, because he hasn't been doing too well this past week. I realized that I have never shared about his door. Derek's door is covered with stuff that he has collected that he really likes. He has cards, pictures, ticket stubs and drawings covering his door. He always is finding new things to put on his door so he can look at them whenever he pleases. I really think it's kind of amusing to watch him find things to put up, and then try to figure out where they will fit. This is one of the many things he is proud of. He always shows it off to everyone who visits our house and likes to point out his few favorite things he has put up. For all of you who are far away, I just wanted to show you his door because he absolutely loves it.
