Today we got our first snow of the winter! Yeah go figure, in March. Derek was so excited, he didn't even let us eat breakfast. At 6:45 this morning, we suited up and headed out the door. Derek threw snowballs, made tracks and chased the cat. Cassie thought it was weird to see white things falling on her, until they started falling on her face. Then she started getting mad that cold, wet splotches were on her face. :) We went down to the park where we got to see the creek up pretty high and the snow was everywhere. Derek tried to make a snowman, but there wasn't quite enough for that. It was alot of fun, but I wouldn't have minded to go a couple hours later after breakfast. :)
