Kids are so funny!

Today the kids and I are just lounging around the house when Cassie starts crying... well, screaming. We couldn't figure out why. We fed her, changed her, bathed her, sang, tried to play, put her to nap, and everything else we could possibly think of to make her happy. Finally, Derek gave up and pulled out his Nintendo to play with his dogs. Once the game came on, they started barking and scratching. When Cassie stopped to take a breath, she heard the dogs and stopped crying. Then she started smiling and then all out laughing. Derek played dogs and Cassie laughed every time they made puppy noises. It was hilarious. I was so relieved that she finally stopped crying because it was so sad!
