Last Sunday was Meaghan's little party at our house. We did it at Gulpha Gorge because it was so nice out. Derek got to see his bestest friend Ben and Keith caught a fish while we were setting up.
Carla cuddled with Cassie while everyone else blew bubbles that Ben brought.
Then Meaghan opened her presents. She got a few things, but really made out in the money area. We made money rings so she could display them :)
The night before, the girls decorated the cake. They were so proud of themselves. Here's Meaghan blowing out the candles.
The highlight of the day though was definitely the creek. We went on a little hike, decided it was too hot, so I told the kids they could soak their feet. Here is me trying valiantly to keep the kids from falling in.
Meaghan, of course, was the first one to "fall" in.
After that I figured "what the heck" and just let the kids dive in. There was a little waterfall that Meaghan and the boys liked swimming into. They all had alot of fun.

I'm going to need the recipe for those chocolate chip cookie cupcakes. Those look awesome. It must have been hot to be swimming in that creek! You'd freeze to death doing that here.
I thought the fish was going to be a lot bigger lol. Cassie is too cute in that little dress!
I would have liked to be there. That looks like fun. Happy Birthday Meaghan. Cute kids.
