Today is Derek's 6th birthday. He is super excited for his party this afternoon. He is having a space party. Here he is in his space shirt as a 6 year old :)He had to take pictures of himself in both pairs of his glasses :)

YAY Derek! I love the space party thing! Did you see Star Trek? Are you an astronomer? Spencer loves astronomy and we have all sorts of books and telescopes. I'll see if I can bring some to the family reunion and maybe we will be able to see Jupiter really close!
he has star trek, but the story line gets in the way of the space awesome-ness for him :) All things space and weather related are awesome to this kid, so telescopes would be the coolest thing to him :)
