I regret to inform everyone that our faithful fish Blue Bill has entered the next level of this great circle of life. He was Derek's beloved friend and faithful companion for two and a half years (not bad for a fish). We loved him dearly and are sad to see him go. I cannot find a picture of Bill, so I hijacked this picture from the internet until my mother in law finds one of our actual fish.
This morning we went to find a replacement for Derek's affection. His name is Fire and he is a stubborn and grouchy little fish. Derek loves him though. Hopefully he will give Derek good company for as long as Bill did.

I have started getting studio equipment. I have the lighting, next are the back drops. For now I am just using huge black blankets and white sheets and fabrics. It works, but hopefully soon we will be getting the actual backdrops. Very very excited! You should come out to Utah and we can just go taking pictures..
sad. How do these fish live for so long? Tara's lived for over 2 years without fins.
