Since we now have more leaves in our yeard than blades of grass, I decided it would be a good time to make a leaf pile for the kids to play in.

Cassie kept pestering Derek and throwing leaves in "time out" moments.
But he got her back...
(promise it didn't hurt her, but it sure was ALOT of leaves flying at her head!) Our hickory tree just looks AWESOME right now. The picture doesn't do it justice. It is in the perfect spot in the yard where it always catches the light right to be bright yellow and orange.
After I while the kids got tired, so that was the end of the leaves.

You are a great Mom. I'm grateful that you are so involved in doing things with your kids. Keith should be very proud of you.
Crunching leave in the fall are some of our favorite memories! So much fun! And your trees are beautiful!
