My Happy Day

Today was a good day for me. I was shown by several people that I shouldnt loose faith in people, even though society as a whole is showing grim prospects.
Today I went shopping with my sister in law. While we were out, I wanted to check on Derek's glasses. They wont be in for a couple days, but she did have a story to tell me. When we were there picking out glasses, there was another couple in getting glasses for the husband. We sat and chatted while we were waiting. We just made small talk and Derek told them all kinds of stories (like he does with everyone) and we were talking about how we don't have vision insurance and this was going to set us back a little. After we left, he (the husband) asked if he could pay for the other half of Derek's glasses. When he found out they were all paid for, he asked to buy Derek a back up pair. I was so touched. I can't contact the couple though or even know their name because of HIPPA laws. That completely made my day that someone would think of us that much without even knowing us.
Then Keith came home with a beatuful plant. His office gave it to him when they found out about his grandmother. They also took up a collection.
All this love in one day. My heart is going to explode.
